P09 - Boxing - 6 Sessions

We meet Tuesday nights at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am in Bethesda at Norwood Park.

We’ll target CORE muscles, abdominals and upper body. You will learn how to punch properly, avoid a punch, boxing rhythm, timing etc. Don’t worry, you will not be receiving any punches!

If you, or someone you know, is looking to "kick it up a notch" or are looking for more self confidence, you’ve found it! This is a great gift to give yourself and also great as a cross training tool for an alternate sport.
