Program Details:

Can’t find the time to exercise consistently? Regular classes with Sarge don’t fit into your schedule? We can deliver a trainer to your home, office, gym at a time that is convenient for you.

What you can expect from Basic Training
Our trainers are the gold standard of the fitness industry. Each one is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is required by the Sergeant’s program to attend continuing education seminars so he or she is able to provide to you, the client, fresh and up-to-date exercises instead of the same routine.

First, a Body Map functional analysis will be done to identify those muscles that are properly functioning as well as the corrections you need to make to prevent injuries.

Second, a fitness program will be built based on the Body Map findings and tailored to achieve your fitness goals.

Third, you and a trainer will work together to ensure that you develop the body you want without injuring yourself.
